Is it possible to have a multi-lingual website on a RaQ? Especially languages that go right to left?

I was thinking of doing a bi-lingual site with PHP/MySQL as the backend database and was wondering if it's possible to implement this of a RaQ 4i?

ofcourse i could be very wrong, but i can't think of a single problem for such a website.
