I have searched this forum a lot, and its a cool board !
I use a uk company www.seanjonesandpartners.co.uk/hosting.html
They seem pretty reliable, and fast for £5/£10 per month ($7.32/$14.63)
They do state unlimited webspace, which is true, however they state unlimited bandwidth, with certain restrictions that you don't kill their server.
It certainly was a find for me, I'd recommend it for folks happy with windows server.
However, they say I can't use php is this true ? there's so much stuff on the net about php that I'm interested in it.
Cheers !!!

They're a reseller for Fasthosts who have probably ( make that definitely ) the worst reputation of any host in the UK.
Search this forum ( or just about anywhere for that matter  ) for horror stories.
That bandwidth is not unlimited Fasthosts will pull the site if it gets to a certain limit ( which varies somewhere from 2GB to 5GB a month ) depending which way the winds blowing.
Sorry, but there really is not, no matter what any host tells you, such a thing as unlimited anything - what thay mean is "quite a high number that most people will never reach and so will not find out there is a limit"
Sorry to be a killjoy :(

Guessed as much m8, but I'm quite happy with the service, and its cheaper than fasthosts? at £5 per month.
I'm not gonna take over the world so I reckon I won't find out the bandwidth policy, but is php a non-windows thing ?

It seems the case that if you look hard enough, there's little or no companies that can't get a bad reputation, but i found my host from tophosts.com(seanjones.co.uk), and fasthosts are voted no1 in the uk version, now i dont know who decides or who votes but i presume u think tophosts are not trustworthy with their top 25 ?

there's people online here !
will someone help !
I asked if php is a non-windows2k thing ?
Is this true ...please someone put this demon 2 bed.
Actually you can run PHP on NT, W2K, Linux, BSD, etc. It has been ported to the vast majority of web platforms. It originated from a 'non-Win' platform (Linux) but PHP runs extremely well on Win2K.
