We are an ASP going out of business; another casualty of the continuing Tech-Wreck and recession. I would like to find a good home for a few of our clients. Hosting needs as follows:

- IIS4.0
- ASP
- SQL 7.0
- Persists JPEG Server Object
- Dundas File Upload Server Object
- POP3 email (MS Exchange or equivilant)

Each site uses a few megabyte SQL database and 6 to 8 virtual directories to store images and documents (meetings, agendas, etc) in PDF and DOC format.

Perfer hoster in Western Canada.
