I don't want dedicated server because of the costs.

I need:

10 GB mx Space
20 GB/mth transfer or +
CPANEL/WHM
99.9% UPTIME
QUICK SUPPORT
NICE SPEED
PHP/MYSQL/POP3 unlimited
TRUST ON THE SERVICE
etc.

I think dinix.com fits my needs but i want you opinion and some other company's similar to dinix.com
