One of my clients overed his webspace usage. Which i cannot tolerate.. The client had an account for 100mb web space but now his usage is 124 mb. I need to send and email to let him know that he has to either upgrade or reduce his space usage down to 100mb. So i neeed an email will do this job. It has to be really formal but not unfriendly. So i thought you could help me about writing this email.

That would do eh? I'd stick the portion of your TOS/AUP that makes mention of the ovarages they may face...you have that right?
If you don't - you may wish to "waive" any overage fees - and just upgrade their account as they need *work it out with your client by offering options* and then add a section covering this to your TOS/AUP.
PS - I just wrote that letter, spell check it ;)
