I would suggest you look around and contact each hosting company to find out accurate info :D

Different hosts will be faster for different people, depending on their geographical location and their ISP / connection speeds.

It's impossible to define the fastest host.

There is no answer to this question - who is "fastest" will always be relative to ISP and geographic location to their POPs.

For example ... if your ISP gets its bandwidth from say Time Warner, then assuming optimal SERVER performance (low load), a web hosting company with a datacenter that has a Time Warner feed will always be faster to you than a hosting company who is coming off of a different backbone.

To someone on a different ISP, that same host may appear slower than it does to you. Network traffic along the way also needs to be factored in. The Internet by design will always find the shortest route, but the shortest route isn't necessarily the FASTEST route. So there really isn't any way to answer this question. A speed-test URL would only show the relative speed from their test location, which may be nowhere near where you live and never cross over the same POPs you would use to connect to that site.

The best you can do is find a host that has multiple connections (most datacenters have at least two - some have 5 or more), as this will decrease the number of hops between your customers and the data center.
