Well, after 1 month with ****** (starts with an O, ends with an X) in their datacenter in Dallas, Texas, I must say I am very happy. Our account representative William Michael Ellis had helped us ship multiple servers out of Ardent Communications when they filed chapter 11 and within 36 hours, they were back online. We have had 100% up time since we have been with ****** and the speed has been incredible.
We have gotten him on the phone 99% of the time, and any troubles that arise we always are in contact. I think once or twice we got an answering machine but we were called back within 20 minutes. So far, A. (A+'s are virtually impossible).
