Well, after 1 month with ****** (starts with an O, ends with an X) in their datacenter in Dallas, Texas, I must say I am very happy. Our account representative William Michael Ellis had helped us ship multiple servers out of Ardent Communications when they filed chapter 11 and within 36 hours, they were back online. We have had 100% up time since we have been with ****** and the speed has been incredible.
We have gotten him on the phone 99% of the time, and any troubles that arise we always are in contact. I think once or twice we got an answering machine but we were called back within 20 minutes. So far, A. (A+'s are virtually impossible).

Probably because they spammed the board about 5 months ago. However, i was caught up on their spam and wanted to see if they can prove it. Well, they can!

Not that there bad, but there way of doing things is not in the best business form

Just a side note:

They are not permanently censored. A representative of the company has contacted us and the ban will be lifted in a couple of months. The aim is not to censor words, it is to keep self promotion limited to where it is allowed. Just don't be surprised if you type in the word and actually see it one day :D
