View Full Version : At FrontServe, My Domain Gone?

Alright here the deal.

DealSpree.com using ASP was hosted at frontserve, but now that I changed to PHP, i switched to another host. So i changed nameservers, and dealspree.com is working fine.

Well Part of the new dealspree, used includes from the old dealspree via the the IP Address http://216.119.78.103 it was working until like 2 days ago. now it says no web site at that address... but all my files are still there (I checked via FTP). I still have paid.

I emailed frontserve support, but have recieved no reponse. Is this some that is normal through what ever web hosting app you guys run on your servers.

Also does anyone know how to get in contact with frontserve, maybe a number or a personal email address...

I mean DealSpree, is a deal site, and right now my coupon section is down and missing, so it very irritating not having it work and getting 3-4 emails every hour saying it does not work.

but the 1-888 number with Whois record is disconected... anyone got any other ideas?

here are the mail addresses of nonsupport team of frontserve. They delete one of my customers files and databases and now trying to delete the second one. Becareful about them if any one wants to work with them..

I used the info@frontserve address and got a reply within a couple of hours ;)

I sent an email to all of them, I got no reply. So if anyone has any other ideas, please shoot me an email, this is pathetic.

They even changed their website within the past 2 days.

Hi Guys,

Well I Frontserve, fixed the problem. I never got a email response from them, but now the problem is fixed. so at least that is good.

Oh well temporary fix.

Have you tried emailing them since they fixed your site?
I find it so strange that they would answer my email, and not yours.

If they are faulty they never reply the emails. And they never close the sites they hacked the sites, because they open another web sites on your domain. This is a kind of hack, not a offline operation. Write about a mail about complaint them to somewhere They will reply your mails in 30 minutes. :)) I think frontserve has just 2 or 3 employees and their aim is just earn money not to serve quality service. They don't have %99.9 uptime. But may be % 93.9 It's true. They never send email before upkeep of the systems. They never send email about the credit card problems. They all do what they want. And will see what won't hope.
