Edit: I'm not going to be so light here. You didn't create a similar site, you simply saved my site and replaced the logo with your own and wrote a fake testimonial. You won't find all those graphics in any template or anything you can buy, nor will you get HTML like that unless you copy it from my site.

Please create your own design before reselling my services on a board I post on regularly. I expect you to change it soon.

I agree that it would be pretty brutal to just duplicate the site. still, this is the only Templatemonster traffic related template. But, hey. done is done, no animals were harmed, and money has been refunded to all parts.

I told you that I realize it's a template, and I wasn't taking issue with the logo you mentioned in your PM, but with the fact that you saved the entire site as is (no other program creates HTML with that exact tab and naming convention except a saved webpage in Internet Explorer or Frontpage), with my original images and layout.

The HTML isn't that of the TM template, nor are faq.gif, offer1.gif, offer2.gif, pic2.gif, ssl.gif, verified.gif, the text (all of it), the CSS, the footer and the non-image BC integration part of the template.

And I agreed on to that. (even thougn I'm pretty sure those are from other templates I could have bought). anyway, that doesn't matter. the outcome would have been pretty similar anyway though. Take it as a compliment, I enjoyed TV so bad that I had to have the exact same site :)

No, none of that are from other templates you could have bought. I wouldn't have said a word if you created your own site with the template, even though I don't think marketing to my customers with the same site is a good idea any way.

I will be having a site designed for targetedvisitors.info in coming weeks.

hmms.. nevermind, I was thinking about the "stars" you have on your ordering form. and, I didn't like ending up with a site similar to yours, but, when that's all tm offered (even though a lot of the html are from you) and my skills are in marketing (even though not marketing sites like this) I guess it was bond to happen.
