Hello,
one of my customers wants to setup a radio station with a shoutcast server.
He pays the copyright fees here in Italy to the SIAE, so he would be authorized to store mp3 files here in Italy for this purpose. Anyway, since dedicated servers in Italy are expensive, I'd like to order a dedicated in the USA but... is it legal to host in the USA this kind of services with an italian authorization or does it require a local authorization in the USA too?
Do you know any providers that allow this kind of services without any problems, sending them a demonstration of the copyright fees paid by the customer?
