In fact, the control panel on freevsd just an added feature lately. The main thing that freevsd does is to provide a virtual server in which everybody (Say, you have three accounts hosted on the server) will have its own "server", with its own "root" password. In this sense, everybody hosted on the server will be able to have their own apache web server, mysql server, mail server, etc. One virtual server will have nothing to do with the others. I can just stop and start my own apache web server inside the my virtual server and yet other's virtual server will still have the apache up and running ... Freevsd has this clearly written in their pages ... so you may want to read it more carefully ... BTW, I never install it but do plan to use it in the near future. cheers, NetDotHost 10-25-2001, 12:05 PM Hello: I was trying to help out a fellow WHT member... they wanted to setup multiple control panels on one server... I was wondering if it were possible to setup multiple control panels under different virtual servers in freevsd.... Is this possible?
