I've found a sponsor and I'm SURE AT 100% that ppl will click on their banner but I just wanted to make sure that Commission Junction really pay or if it's another scam?

Yep, CJ pays just as they say they will (at leat for me). OTOH, I do not believe you can setup a pay-per-click program at CJ.

I've gotten about 3 checks from them. :) They pay but the click-thru stuff stopped over the summer.
