I've not seen this question anywhere....apologies if it is.

If one pays for premium, or more specifically leads membership, i take it you can still be banned?

In which case, would there be any pro-rata refund or anything?

Also, i know the rules say one person cannot have more than one account but, conversely, i take it it's not the done thing to get one account signed up for a whole sales team to share?

Just want to be clear on those things. Not that i intend on getting banned or having more than one account ;)

The forum rules apply to everyone. If you are banned (and we hope you aren't), then contact iNet for any refund queries :)

Well, that's my point really, if i was to pay money for something i would prefer to know the T&C's *before* paying. It's just that i couldn't see the procedure written anywhere.

Not that you would ever have reason for banning me particularly, given that i post about once every hundred years ;)

The moderators still handle the moderation on this forum - if you break a rule, there will be consequences. There is no special consideration for Premium Members when it comes to following rules.

We'll try to see if we can get something written for anyone else that doesn't already know

OK, thanks for the clarification.

If you broke the rules would you deserve a refund(something serious anyways)? Most hosts don't allow refunds when you violate their TOS, I would not expect one if I broke the rules here.

If you are stupid enough to break the rules after you become a premium member, why should they refund your money?

Would you refund your client's money if they violate your rules?
