I signed up with burstNet a couple of weeks ago after running away for *****. everything was really good at first always got someone to help me when i called in always got a reply for support the same day i emailed them. but now i have setup about 8 domains with them on friday and its 4pm on monday and i have not gotten anything every time i call in they tell me that he is checking on it to wait. i also applied for a SSL cert and it has been a week and i have not gotting any info on it. i emailed sean on the 19th and he has not emailed me back. everything else is fine uptime is great speed is also. i was really happy that i even gave a good comment on a post that asked for peoples opinion on burst but right now i am really mad. come on its been 3 days and my orders are still not setup.:mad:

Well after I called them someone called me right back and apologized for the delay. They admitted it was an error on their end and thanked me for being patient. This has been my first problem with them so I guess I maybe over reacted by starting this thread. I would really recommend them to anyone.

Ok, my turn. I have two tickets open with them. The last one was opened last weekend. No response on either. I still have sendmail issues. Oh, Sean, where are you?

Um, why have you wait for so long? I'dbe dying to connect my host if I waited for more than 2 days.
