at first i doubt that they will help you outside the mentioned scope on their website ...

but it's not true ... they are willing to go further that what is stated on their job scope :)

secondly ... my server was down yesterday ... surprisingly, someone from cheetaweb give me a call to singapore ... to let me know what is the problem and what they are going to do next ... then they give me some hints on how to handle matters with data centre ... on top of that ... they assure me that everything would be fine ... so i dont have to worry about this ... they will take care of the problem ... bla bla bla :) ... yeah a call to singapore wont be expensive ... but i am sure this kind of attitude is a very good customer service.

i forgot to get the person's name ... but he is a very friendly guy.

i highly recommend cheetaweb for those who are looking for a server management company :)
