If you are selling the plan directly to clients, then you are looking for an affiliate program that pays this way, not a reseller plan (though you might already realize this).

Reseller - sells a product or service from an existing vendor at a higher price and will pay the vendor of the product or service a finalized price, usually lower than the "going rate" on the market.

Affiliate - earns a percentage of sales or another source of revenue.
