it2ecom.com - Saw lots of broken links on their site.

exa-bytes.com - Has 20.00 setup fees.

inetio.com - Site was down when I checked.

The best seems to look like infuseweb.com. They seem to have everything up and running with 0 setup fees.

exa-bytes and infuseweb destribute services among different servers which is very good idea.

while exa-bytes is more expensise than infuseweb, but seems exa-bytes have stuff round the clock
