Ok I once read a post on the WHT request where someone wanted to have a member of the month so I have gone ahead and started it since it’s a good idea. It will be done every month there will be 5 nominees and all the members will come in and vote for who they think should win. The winner will receive well I don’t know yet but we will come up with something. For the fist one I have come up with 10 nominees who I feel have been the once that have helped out the most or the one that makes WHT a little more fun everyday. I am also taking opinion on who u think should be the next nominees.

the thing with chicken is that he will win we think we should get other people on the list. we all know that he is our fav member so why not give other a chance first. we can add him next month.

well in my book a member of the month is someone that helps out a lot. someone that makes WHT fun with their jokes ect.I vote cperciva to replace my name!

LOL, and *now* you know why we don't have a 'member of the month' vote, heh. If you can swing it, I'm all for it, but personally, there are so many people on this forum that give a hand when they can that I don't know who I'd choose.

Also, I don't think moderators should be included :D

i think we can do it. i mean we can do up to 10 members at a time and its every month so thats 120 members and its not like every member will be nominated. if your not on the list this month you might be next month.

Well, you'd have to talk to Matt about any sort of prize-like thingy-mah-doodle but about the link, they are turned off system wide, so I don't think we can turn on one.

I'm still trying to figure out what in the world I wrote that helped eight whole people!! come on everyone help me in getting a prize for the person that wins i know you all have great ideas. It's difficult since WHT is unable to commit to the effort (understandably).

I'd offer to send a T-Shirt to the winner. The odds of the winner actually wanting to wear the t-shirt of another host are ?? 'tis up to you but the offer is there...

Maybe if a few different hosts et al could make the same offer the winner would have next year's wardrobe covered :D

well i dont know if matt will care but im thinking about doing it every month. i just dont know what to give the winner. i think that the winner should be the one to give the winner a gift the month after that. so who ever wins for oct should give nov a gift and nov winner give dec a gift and so on... what do you think
