Hi Guys,
My clients' IPs keep getting blocked. Their ISP keeps assigning different IPs each time they logon. I have to keep asking my reseller's administration to unblock particular IPs, but this is causing so much delays!
Im thinking, how do I prevent this? Will getting a mirror site at another datacenter solve/prevent this problem?
Thanks

But why are those IPs being blocked? Perhaps the admin's firewall is set to block a range of ips (including the IPs of this ISP). So changing datacenters won't matter if you don't change your policies.

I am assuming you are talking about SSH access or similar where they restrict by IPs? If that's the case, ask them to allow a wider range, instead of just that 1 current IP.

No SSLs here. Ive been having them unblock a huge range of firewalls, but my clients' IPs are just too varied that I keep receiving so many compalints.
Yes, its my administration's firewall that the problem... But Im thinking if I get a second server to act as a mirror in another location and another provider, their firewall will be different and this might solve the problem, right? Or am I wrong?
