I need a new host quickly as that my current host is switching to dedicated at the end of the month. Looking for hosting multiple domains, and doing some reselling, current specs are 4gig storage and 40gig transfer a month for 10$ ... looking for similar hosting. Up to about 15$ per month.
Any suggestions?

My suggestion is that you double your price and get a host that has a stable and reliable business model.

I agree with NexDog,, you should be looking at about $.75 to $1 a GB to be realistic..

You may want to check out Equivity. They've got 4GB/60GB for $16.95.

Another option is E-Z-Hosting. They've got 10GB/60GB for $18.95.
