I asked a few questions to a sales rep. through live help a few months ago. What would happen if a spam related issue occured? What would happen if this and that occured? I hate spam. But if one of our clients spam, I want an opportunity to investigate and resolve it. Didn't like the answers. Check their policy and procedures before going for a box.
