Are there any programs where I can insert a picture of a room and select the area, then apply different house paints to it? I want it to be as realistic as possible and I don't mind paying <$40

I remember there was a program like this a way back, please post if you have\know of any programs like this.

Check out Lowes they have a virtual painter that allows you to use premade rooms or paint your own scanned pictures. Its just $6.00 available at the Signature Series paint counter. Called Virtual Painter on CDROM
