I am currently running Front Page 2000, and I have come across a very major problem. My site is based off of tables within tables within tables and so on. I would like to change one of these tables that appears on every page. To do this I was hoping I could simply paste a table inside of the other table(s).

Whenever I paste, move, or copy another table into the pre-existing table, it doesn't work. The two tables combine.

Is there a way to insert tables into tables without making a whole new table?

Thanks in advance for any help.

You'd have to do it in HTML, frontpage only supports standard fuctions. That is like a made up fuction that is possible it's just that frontpage doesn't support it

I found a way around it though. If I make a table inside the table with one row and one column, I can paste the new table on top of that, and then they will merge. Then I can simply delete the one cell table that merged.

This helps me out a lot.
