Hosting Company for Sale.
As of October 21, 2001, we are putting our company for sale. No name will be mentioned unless a serious buyer contacts us and signs a NDA plus other legal confidentiality agreements.
What is for sale:
1) Cobalt Raq 4r Server with 512mb ram located at eFreeServers.
Contains 37 Clients. Monthly revenue is $461 from them (+/- $5).
3) Dual AMD 1.2ghz with 1GB of ram and 18GB 10k Hard Drive for Counter-Strike Hosting. Includes 10 clients on the server at $750 per month (revenue). Also, full website comes with this for your clients including support forums, online purchasing, etc.
What your costs are:
1) eFreeServers - roughly about ¼ of the contract with them is fulfilled however we upgraded the server tremendously and cut your startup cost, if you were going to order the exact same server, by about $800. Must pay them $299 per month.
2) Game Hosting - you can collocate it anywhere you would like, but currently we are paying $300 for a 10mbps line (yes, incredible).
What we are looking for:
Financials:
Revenue thru both gaming and hosting per year: $9,000 (gaming) + $5,532 (hosting) = $14,532. Costs are $7,188 (hosting). Revenue - Expenses = $7,344 per year.
