hi

huh
I have to set up new server.. or..to transfer information from old to new.

Now. On my old server: Primary Nameserver: ns1.myname.com

I want SAME Nameserver on my new server. Of course, not at the same time. I have updated DNS (on godaddy) for domain (new IPs)

and I have deleted Primary Nameserver on old server.

and when I try to add Primary Nameserver on new server I got error message:
Sorry, the nameserver ns1.name.com already has the ip 69.xxx.xxx.xxx assigned to it. (old IP)
--------------------------------------------

what's the problem?

Do I have to wait on DNS propagation?

sure?

I tried with other domains and it works (without chaning DNS for domain...jusy in WHM)

but the problem is that I MUST have my old domian as NS1 and NS2

no I know....

propagation is the problem.

different domains work because they have never been used as DNS before.

it's just to wait
