I need a design for a school election, and a friend told me that he has met (in person) itswhatwedo.ca, and recommended them. Being that I am a high school student, I explained my situation, and they offered $40 for a full page color flyer. Prior to me mailing the money order, they were very responsive, with almost instant edits. But, after I told them I had mailed the money, response time slowed down to 3 days. Since I had a deadline, I emailed them EVERYDAY asking for the final version of my design, along with that I asked for the original PSD files. Today morning, 5 minutes before I was going to leave, I recieved the final version of my design.. IN JPG; they were given nearly one month, and were well aware of the election date. Since I still had to add the text, there was no way for me to arrive on time.

Has anyone been in this situation before?, do I have the right to a refund for this?
