Anyone here with lightspeedhost ( cybertitan )?

For the last 2 days our VPS is down and so are more than 30 of our clients websites!!!

I tried to e-mail them 2 times, fax them but no luck at all... and their support website is down too... Most of the times they had great support and replied within 30 minutes! I don't know what happened to them but I am really upset.:angry:

On the other hand a website that is hosted on Cybertitan ( web account not VPS ) is working perfect.

Maybe the server your VPS is on crashed, or they're having problems with the software on the box?

It does seem odd how it would be down for 2 days, especially without any replies to email though. I mean I could understand 1 day of down time, but 2 days!? When they come back online, I'd definitively demand that they refund your money for the month in question. :angry:

And if the box had crashed, I would be able to restart it through the remote manager which is not hosted on the same box. It had happened some times in the past and it was very easy to restart...

I 've already ordered a new VPS at verio which I think is very reliable ( ok, there are many comments about their technical support, but we didn't have any bad experience yet and we are using it for more than 1 year for siteowners.com ).

Cybertitan AKA Lightspeed has held several websites I own hostage going on 2 months now. They are down and not answering phones and or e-mails. I imagine there is no recourse in regards to site recovery. On top of that, we are still be billed!! Any suggestions? It's almost March and we have lost considerable business.
