A friend of mine has an assignment from a french course for which she is required to write a letter to someone and get a reply back. Unfortunately she doesn't know anyone who writes good french... making the "get a reply back" part a bit difficult.

A few paragraphs maybe? The important point is that it should be good enough french to appear as though it is from a native speaker -- because the assignment is "write a letter to a friend from Quebec".
