I am not going to disclose all of the details here, but basically what is needed is this:

A customized classified ads system with the following features:

- Account creation and login/logout
- Good organization of ads and ability to browse through different categories of ads.
- Ad expiration
- Anonymous users can make offer on ad which will change status of ad to "Pending". The offer is stored on the server, and the user can check offers through their account. The user can accept offer which will close the ad, or reject offer which will restore the ad to its original status of new.
- Ad search feature (can be implemented after launch)
- Logged in users can create ads with different criteria and edit them.

Sorry for being so vague, but I will give full details and exact descriptions via email if you can help. For the project to have full potential, it should be online by the end of this month.
