Good Morning WebHostingTalkers! :)
I'm in search of a good managed hosting provider. I define managed hosting as someone who will, for instance, reboot my server if it has frozen, etc etc, without any intervention from me.
I'm looking at RackSpace.
Do others exist? Any suggestions?

I've had a managed dedicated server with http://qwk.net since January, and I'm very happy.

The original post does raise an interesting topic -- what level of additional services do people require before it becomes "managed hosting" ?
