Their support is good - normally respond within 1-2 hours or less. But the server goes down too frequently. My largest customer does $15k+ in transactions per day and he emails me several times a week saying the site was down. It's not normally down for more than 15 min. but when your customer is doing that many transactions it costs them and ultimately is going to cost me the client. We are currently looking into a partnership with Verio but nothing has been decided yet. Anybody else have past experience with **********/I-Wiz? Or any recommendations on another host for multiple domains - NT, ASP, Cold Fusion? TIA, Donna ASPCode.net 02-15-2002, 02:56 PM I don't know if this thread is for real or not, however if you are looking for CF hosting I think Handyhosting.com is the way to go. I mean, they do support CFFILE which is a CF TAG disabled by most hosts AFAIK ( including me ) Jay Suds 02-20-2002, 09:11 PM Hi Donna, If your customer is doing $15,000 a day in sales, then he should realize that getting a dedicated server would be a wise investment. With a dedicated server, you'll see a huge increase in stability and reliabilty when compared with most any shared hosting server. And yes, we do allow CFFILE :) |
