There is a topic like this..

vbskins used to be a good place, but it seems like they may not be alive anymore. I think last time I checked which was a while ago I had a support ticket in with them that said opened 64 days ago, awaiting staff response or something. Now their support domain looks like it isn't even registered any more lol.

http://www.vbskinz.com/ has some nice skins though and they always seem to reply to support questions and such.
