I have spent hours and hours doing the hard work and submitting my site to the web hosting directories, but with little luck. The amount of time it takes to submit 3 plans to each site, is a nightmaire!!

Anyway, i think it would be very benificial for all of us to colate a list of good ones... and maybe some ideas and tips of how to get good hits from them.

A Few of the most common ones i have been to are:

www.hostindex.com
www.tophosts.com
www.hostreview.com

You better get ready to do some more typeing. And you think 3 plans is bad? try 13!

Use the back button and check/uncheck the feature that apply tho the other plan, and of course change the plan name and price. THis way you don't have to do everything again.
With most directories this works fine.

on the upside there doesn't seem to be as many host directories as there used to be (well ones with any level of traffic anyway). I once spent well over 24 hours doing nothing but that - adding six plans to as many as I could find. It was about 40 directories.

If you do a search you might dig up a list of directories that was posted here ages ago...
