Hi people!
I'm having some problems with planet payment. Since I open an account with them I'm experiencing this trouble. The problem is that when they opened my account they misconfigured it and they were charging me $35 per every credit card transaction I did. Not noticing this at the right time, I used the service normally. The Thing is that when I realized this 'little' inconvenient I was owing them about $600 plus the $1200 they hold from my charges to my customers.
After this I called them and they told me that they were going to solve this problem (about two months ago from today). After several phone calls and emails sent to them I don't have my money, and my business is not growing because I'm not planning to use their services until this is solve. I also contacted Authorize.net which I never received an answer. Can someone tell me what can I do? What do you suggest me to do?
I think that PP is not considering this affair since I'm not from US and I don't know how to start any legal action towards them (if applicable).
I know their service is good, but this is what happened to me. Thank you to you all Any suggestion will be welcome.
