Hi all:

Has anyone installed RaQ3-All-Kernel-4.0.1.216C28III.pkg ?

I just installed it, did the reboot, reconnected just fine, and 10mins later my RaQ croaked. It still pings, I can telnet, but no web services.

I am now waiting on a manual reboot - I hope my machine works!!

Anyone else have experiences with this update?

Weird, just tonight my raq4, which has the RaQ4-All-Kernel-1.0.1.216C28III.pkg installed, did the same thing.

All of a sudden, nothing was responding on my raq, but I could ping it?!

No SSH, FTP, HTTP etc...

I've NEVER seen this, and I've had a raq for a while.

I'd love to know whats going on with it. A physical re-boot fixed it, but it's pretty strange to me.

A side note - The machine is at RackShack, and my machine was re-booted and back up within 10 minutes of my phone call, all in all, everything was back up in about 15 minutes of me noticing it. I was pleased.

I'm not pleased that I can't figure out whats up with my raq :(

Yea, it only took about 10mins for mine too (Internet Express). It seems to be working fine this morning. I hope this is not an indicator of things to come though.

Anyone else installed this update?

Installed this one on our RAQ3 a couple of weeks ago, and no problems to report :)

WEHLL...since I installed this update I have had 3 "hard" freezes - if I uninstall the package will it actually put it back the way it was?

Anyone else having problems?

i installed it several days after the release ... it works fine with my raq3 server.

have you installed all the previous patches?

Yes, I even double checked all of the patch numbers before I installed it.

Maybe my probelm is elsewhere if no one else is experiencing this - I'll take a look around at my logs, etc and see if anything else is unusual.
