Hi all

I have been away from hosting world for few months. I was wondering if Rack Shack has improved their customer service for things such as reboots etc.
My other question is about their Network speed. Tera byte network speed has improved in recent months. How does Rack Shack compares to Tera byte?

My last question is about Rack Shack's DNS setup.
Tera byte offers a separate DNS admin where you can add and remove domains automatically. Does Rack Shack offers a similar set up?

I needed a re-boot tonight and it was done in 5 minutes.

Network speed is awsome! I can't imagine anything faster. I connect on a 1.1Mbps DSL line and always pull my full speed.

I don't use their DNS, so I can't comment on that.

yes they have a member area where you can add, edit and remove domain name from their DNS. pretty nice, i didn't even bother to setup a DNS on my server.

The service levels at Rackshack improved by leaps and bounds during the last 3-4 months. Luckily we've never had to request a reboot, but their DNS service is great (although we are busy implementing our own for branding purposes), and the network speed is great.

To verify the speed, just visit some sites we're hosting on a Rackshack server:
