There are a lot of the on the market today, depends upon your servers OS and amount of bucks $$$ you are ready to spend.

Red Hat Linux 6.2 wanna spend about 2 to 3 bucks per user licencse or whatever it works out to be per server.

For single-server environment select Plesk ( http://www.plesk.com)

For multiserver environment, check H-Sphere ( http://www.psoft.net ), but it will be more expensive, than you expect. Also it reqiures more hardware.
