I saw someone do a sidewalk drawing like this once outside a Toronto International Film Festival theatre.

He was almost ready to cry when a sudden downpour washed it all away. He was working in chalk.

Oh man I can't imagine how much that would suck. And I almost cry when the rain ruins my sand castles ;)
