Hi,
I would like to get out of the hosting business, so i am selling my company. The company is growing fast (can open a new server each 2 months or less), profitable and isn't really time consuming. There is no problem with the company, i just want to get out.
Revenue: About $1,000 USD per month plus $150 if we count those who pay annually. Mostly resellers, so there are not many clients to support. Adding about $500 per month each month, so next month earning should be of about $1400-$1500. Also, that is without counting the resellers who buy accounts to resell ala VO (well, the traditional way :)
Clients: 30 resellers (ranging from $35 to $99 per month, plus many resellers buying accounts (i.e. not sharing a big account with their clients). Getting about 10 new resellers per month. 30 shared hosting clients. Pushing about 50GB of bandwidth per month.
Server: A fast dual PIII 1GHz with 1024 meg of memory. Load stay at about 1.0 to 1.5 depending of the time. It runs WebHostManager and CPanel. Located at the VDI NOC and has no long-term contract. mod_gzip installed. You can take the server or transfer the client to yours.
Included: The clients, the server, the professionaly designed web site, the domain, the 2CheckOut account. Can add a pretty good affiliate domain with a powerful script (cost $200) if the price is right.
Asked price: Make an offer! Higher bidder gets it.
