Thanks for replies, emails and PMs.

That spot was filled almost instantly :) However I do have another
project I would like to propose to you all.

My budget is $40.00

Basically the big thing that needs the changing around, which actually
isn’t really that big. Is the order process and sign up.

Lets start for example:

1. go to "my site" add “lipitor” or “paxil” or any
drug to the cart.
2. click “checkout” to enter the process

Now here you are asked to either sign in or sign up, correct? I need
this to look a little nicer, perhaps two nice boxes side by side or
nice images or something.

Now lets to go peoplerx. com do the samething, add a drug and click
checkout. Here you will see what I mean when I say I want the sign in
or sign up to look nicer.

Coming back to "my site"
3. sign up as a new customer use the id “testcustmtg4” and use
any password and fillout the details
4. You should then be brought back to the index.php but that is
not what I want, since
a. I would like to remove and sign in and sign up options on the
main page, just to keep it like peoplerx and have customers only sign
in or sign up when they are a drug to the cart.
b. This way someone will most likely only sign up when they are
ready to order
c. So what I need is, as soon as you finish registering the
customer, it should move onto the “checkout” process (checkout.php)
5. Click “checkout” and you are now brought into the checkout
system here what I need is:
a. Change the “submit” button to “next” and remove the “reset”
button
6. Click “submit” and you are brought into the doctor and payment
details, this page is fine, except I might just want to make the forms
look nicer, cleaner and a bit sharper.
7. Click “submit” (again change that to “next” and
remove “reset”). Now here instead of going to the ugly looking “order
confirmation” I want it to go to a page where the customer is asked to
give their “consent” and you know fill out their medical history and
stuff, basically if you proceed with the peoplerx.com checkout you
will notice and see what I mean. Once they are done that, THEN they
click “next” and move onto the order confirmation
8. Once at the order confirmation, I would like that to look a
little bit nicer, so slight cosmetic change there.
9. At the bottom you see there is an option for billing the order
online or not, I would like that to be removed and made so that the
order is billed always regardless of the customer click that or not,
basically I want that check box removed and hardcoded “checked” if
that makes sense. Lol.

Basically in terms of the order process I want the look and feel to be
nice and simple, just like how peoplerx has nice images that are
clear, nice forms and so forth. Keeping in mind there are going to be
elderly people around 60 – 80 years of age who will be processing on
this site.

Okay now lets go back to a fresh page on "my site" and on
peoplerx.com

Add a drug to the "my site" cart and add a drug to the peoplerx
cart. What I need here is:

1. The "my site" “search.php” page should look nicer, getting
rid of the drop down and just having the option exactly like
peoplerx.com where you can click “add” to whichever strength you want
and have the option of the quantity there as well.

Also, along with the above what I need is the pages and forms to look
a little nicer, you know, look more fresh, clean and professional.

The difference is huge, anyways I came up with my own table/form that
I would want someone to integrate:
"my site"/testform.html basically what I also need
is to have each form/table/page/etc to have a nice look and feel. I
am also in the midst of have a header and footer designed, but that
will come later on.

Also, since the graphic work of the website ("my site") is
really dull I have hired a designer that I would like you to work
with, hand in hand and tell him which “add” buttons you would like
where, and things like that. I would like to have even my order
process have the nice “01 – 06” (Customer Information, Doctor
Information, etc) to have nice images, which the designer will make,
but you will implement.

One very important thing, "my site" is run off a database
from another website that I own and is privately/publicly used, so no
modifications that would require DB work should be done to
"my site"

That’s about it! There may be just some small other cosmetic details
later on. But otherwise this is the core and gist of it.

If someone is able to do the buttons and graphic work then I wouldn't mind giving the entire project to them.

Please let me know who is able to do this at the posted budget and a
time frame would be good.
