View Full Version : Strange Neomail Behavior

On one of our servers, we can login to neomail by just going to: http://user_id:password@domain.com:2095/user_id+domain.com/neomail.pl and it works without problems. On the other server if we enter the URL above, we get an authentication box that asks for userid and pass. It looks like this other server is forcing us to enter the information again on this authentication box. It also requires that we enter userid@domain.com whereas one the first server just the userid is enough.

Any suggestions? We have a redirect script that allows users to login to their other POP accounts from the mail Cpanel screen, but that script does not work on this other server because entering the URL is not enough for it.

Thanks for the help.

It is not too bad. It runs as root, but then again, CPanel and most scripts used by CPanel also run as root.

I wander why this login box!

Anyone has an idea?
