Site : http://www.riddlespot.com

I am selling one of my well established websites. RiddleSpot.com is a website specializing in puzzles and riddles. The site has been up for 1 year and 4 months and consistantly gets a good amount of traffic. Below are the stats for the last 4 months

November : 12,721 uniques and 86,168 page views
December : 13,432 uniques and 87,942 page views
January : 10,682 uniques and 55,360 page views
February : 10,751 uniques and 51,420 page views (to date, projected for this month 22,000 uniques and 100,000 page views)

The site also has a newsletter with over 4,800 subscribers which is sent out daily.

The site is currently making around $120 a month from 2 sources (Fastclick and Tafmaster).

I'm looking for around $1,200 for the site.

Please pm me with any questions. Verification of stats is available on request.

price is pretty much? most people including I would ask for 12x monthly revenue.

120 x 12 = $1200 which makes him not asking too much at all. Plus the site gets traffic. He's trying to sell his site and not ask for an appraisal

10 months revenue is reasonable. Good luck with the sale.

If I buy it, do I have to make up my own riddles?
