I am sorry, we do not allow overselling (the packages ae pretty generous) and for security reasons SSH (jail shell) access is allowed for the reseller only and by request.

Ok, A few questions and answers...

No we do not transfer accounts for reasons of liability and if you move to another reseller or hosting package your discount goes with you.

If you move to a dedicated server it does not, for obvious reasons.
