Above is a sample of the error I got when I tried to send mail to my account from HotMail.com .

Whenever I tried to send mail to myself with accounts from other server, I get the error above. I have no clue about what's wrong with my server, can anyone please help?

A lot of mail servers are configured not to talk to other mail servers if they aren't able to resolve the IP address to the hostname that the server claims to be.
This is to prevent spamming.

Make sure that your hosting provider (who I assume is responsible for your IP range) has created a reverse DNS entry for your IPs.
This should fix the problem.
