Anyone installed StatisticsServer with HC on a Win2K box? When I go to the stats page in HC no accounts come up. But, the statistics server link on the page correctly goes to the web front end of my StatsServer. Strange. Am I supposed to see the accounts set up in StatsServer on that page? I'm running the latest demo copy of HC and StatsServer 5.03. Thanks!

Sorry, was looking at a different forum at the same time and posted this in the wrong place. Now I can't delete the original post. Duh. Thanks for not hammering me too bad ;) Cheers, Tony.

Hosting controller is by far the CRAPPIEST control panel software out there! I have it and frankly i hate it-- it has way too many bugs. So we're building our own cpanel for windows. A warning to very nt host -- do not buy this worthless software. Another cpanel which i've seen on other hosts is ntpcp -- but i cant seem to find where it comes from.

Asher.

Thanks, Asher (and Dan), for the feedback on Hosting Controller. I'm testing it right now and it doesn't seem too bad, YET. Its billing features are a bit weak.
I know I've heard people talk about HSphere and a few others. HSphere looked pretty good in the demo, but found out its server has to be installed on a Unix or Linux box which can then support Win2K boxes. Since I'm not a Linux guy, at the moment that doesn't do me any good. Any other suggestions for Win2K off-the-shelf CP's that people seem to like? They seem hard to come by.
Thanks!
Tony

I think you should take a gander at ensim.com. HC is a solution which is ok for a while, later you will start hating it. Also you shoudl search the web for nt pcp, maybe you might find the software i mentioned earlier.

Asher.

Thanks again. Actually, I was just on the phone with ensim. Their product seems fairly inexpensive, but you need to run it (and HSphere, so I came to find out) on a Linux box. ensim says they're coming out with a Windows version at the beginning of next year, so I may wait a while and see what happens. I'll try the search you mentioned as well, and see what pops up. I really appreciate your help!!
