I am looking to become a reseller for the following reasons:

1) I have a web development company that currently just passes hosting to hosting providers
2)I do all the tech support anyway, so why not make some money on reselling

Here are my needs:

1) full support for CF MX - I need to be able to use all tags including CFFILE, CFDIRECTORY, etc
2) 99.9% uptime
3) Also have the ability to use Microsoft ASP
4) Good tech support for when I need it.
5) Ability for my clients to use their own SSL certificates
6) Pricing is good, but I will pay more for good technical support
7) Been in business for 2+ years
8) I don't need to resell to hundreds of other people - i'm focused on my own clients who I do web development work for.
