Well, since Chicken wants us to keep things on topic, I would like to hear everyones opinions about BurstNET.

I have heard that they were bad, now they are worse. I would like to hear from everyone EXCEPT from Sean (or anyone working at BurstNET for that matter). Everytime Sean posts here, he says stupid things and it makes his company look even worse. So Sean, please read about other peoples experiences and try not to come in here and defend yourself by making more stupid remarks. I am trying to get information on your company from OTHER users, good or bad. NOT FROM YOU.

Thank you Sean for understanding and respecting this post.

Well to tell you the truth i havent had any problems with them. everything is going fine. get a reply to all my email within 3 hours. And always get my problem solved when i call the tech support line. Everyone has been very nice there. I hope they keep it that way. It would be nice if their smaller plans had more disk space other then that every thing is A OK:)

I have been with Burst since June and have had very few problems. I did have one problematic period (one weekend) when I ordered an upgrade and we had issues with some bad hardware. Other than that, everything has been great.

All burst staff have been extremely helpful, professional, and nice to me.

I've got a server since June and I was actually a bit surprised because uptime is quite good (maybe 99%) considering the many negative comments I read from this board before I signed up. E-mail response to support ticket seem slow at times but support people are curteous and professional on the phone. There is one promise though that has not been fulfilled so far -- a web interface for a cold reboot.

Hello
I used to have a server with them (still have 2 in their datacenter but not directly with them).

While I was a customer of theirs I never had any problems.
E-mail support was well within acceptable time frames and the one time I had to use the phone I got hold of them even though it was during the night.

Billing was OK too and I had no problem cancelling when the time came.

This was earlier this year but I would be happy to use them again.

I used to host a site with Burstnet. I found the service to be quite fast for the most part, though there were frequent intervals of lag time. Not sure how they are now, as it was two years ago that I had their service.
