Are there any domain name services out there which will I allows me to set up my own domain name servers (for a fee of course)

i.e

mynameserver1.domain.com xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
mynameserver2.domain.com xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

And that also comes with a control panel that allows me to add/remove domains
