Please help me..... :S

yesterday i was trying to pay someone $350 through 2Checkout, but i didn't know that my bank charges some amount when shop Online, and i was limited to Maximum $338

I tried several times on that 2CO link and got authorization failed error every time, but now today i tried to pay $325 and even $25 through 2Checkout, but i got same error, i cantacted my Bank again and they answered my that they have not received any request today(they got request when i was trying to pay more tham limit). And i believe that 2Checkout has blocked my card!

I have to create an account on 2CO too but getting this problem :(

Please tell me what should i do now?

I am using Mastercard and it keeps returning me an error stating that the number is incorrect

Invalid CC number (Issuing Bank)

Whereas i am pretty sure that i am using the correct CC number because i recently did a purcahse with the same card using some other processor. This is very annoying. Can you please tell me why 2checkout is not accepting mastercard?
