I have a problem. I have my customers in the billing system and initially set them up 2001-09-13 for 1 month billing term. It's now 2001-09-16 and the system has not charged them automatically. Can anyone help with this problem> I have emailed the company and opened a support ticket with no response.
Best Regards

I have directed the question to them directly with no response. I know a lot of hosting companies are using the same software and their may be someone who can help.

Sean,
The date right now is 10-16, not 9-16. The way the billing software is setup is so that when the crons are ran for an particular day, it will only run the invoices and transactions for that day -- in other words, it doesn't run overdue invoices. I believe in the next build when WHNBilling is released under another name, it will include a feature similar to this, however, I may be mistaken.
Anyway, I would suggest changing the invoice date to 10-17 or later, and as long as the crons are setup correctly, the clients should now start being charged with no problem.
Feel free to e-mail me or drop me an ICQ if you have any other questions.

Last post was too harsh so this is editing time.
I will make this short and simple
Simon has been notified to contact you. WHN no longer provide's support for the billing program as Simon is the developer of the software. You have his ICQ number and his email as simon@www-hosting.net still works.
If anyone wants to see how our support "sucks" so bad, I will gladly show the ticket details

Not sure about his problem,, sounds like he doesn't have his crons running.
but, from my experience,,, they have some of the best product support I have ever seen!
They more than bent over backwards to help get me up and running, and there were quite a few cpanel conflicts due to a bad version of cpanel. ( not properly updated)
Simon spent a ton of time on my problems, and got me running as fast as possible.
